Returns & Refunds
Damaged / defective items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Just take a picture and email us as soon as possible, and no later than 7 days after the item is delivered and we will make it right with a replacement. Because our prints are produced by partner printers, we need to show them evidence of the damaged print as soon as possible to get a timely replacement.
Wrong item arrives
If a different item arrives then the one you ordered, contact us to get a replacement at no charge within 30 days the item is delivered.
Item does not arrive
In the rare case an item doesn't arrive, for example if a package is lost in transit or delivered to wrong address, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement. Just contact us and we'll make it right.
Partial refunds are available for other reasons
If a print doesn't meet your expectations for any other reason, you may request a return within 30 days to receive a partial refund of 50% of total cost for you paid. Unfortunately we can't issue full refunds because our items are made-to-order and are printed goods that cannot be resold at retail. After you contact us we will send you a return label to send the item back to us. Once we get the item back, we will issue you the refund. Returns are only accepted after we get your request and we send you the return label.
Customer happiness
We want you to be happy with your order and make sure you get what you expect. If you want to know more about what a print looks like before placing an order, just contact us and we can answer any questions about it, including sending you a closeup view of a print. Also, if you want to place a larger order, but are hesitant because of the return policy, contact us so we can work something out.
